Built and used inside a working tabletop publisher

Run every game from first files to final fulfillment.

PerchDeck connects schedules, manufacturing, freight, inventory, sales, crowdfunding, and support, so your team stops running the studio from spreadsheets and inboxes.

One connected operating view

Stop reconstructing the truth from six different places.

When production work, stock, orders, campaigns, and support live together, the team can act without chasing a spreadsheet owner or searching an old email thread.

Keep every release on track

See development, manufacturing, localization, and freight dependencies before a missed handoff becomes a missed date.

Protect cash and margin

Keep supplier quotes, purchase orders, landed costs, inventory, and customer invoices connected to the same title.

Know what needs attention

Give the team one view of overdue tasks, expiring quotes, low stock, unpaid invoices, and customer issues.

The scattered version

  • Launch dates in a spreadsheet
  • Supplier quotes buried in email
  • Freight updates passed around in chat
  • Inventory, invoices, and support in separate systems

With PerchDeck

  • A timeline that moves with the work
  • Quotes, proofs, and purchase orders on the project
  • Freight and warehouse stock visible together
  • Orders and support tied back to the customer

Built from the work

Built by a publisher, not a software company.

We're Open Owl Studios. We make and publish board games, and PerchDeck started as the tool that runs our own studio: every purchase order, pallet, and print run. Now we're working directly with other publishers who want one dependable operating view without rebuilding their studio around generic software.

Every game lives seven lives

From the first sketch to the fan who backs your next one. PerchDeck keeps all seven in view at once.

01

Develop

Move one milestone and the rest of the schedule shifts.

02

Rally

Landing pages and email capture to grow your list early.

03

Launch

Live campaign and preorder numbers as they climb.

04

Make

Print-run gates with every quote and proof attached.

05

Ship

Freight tracking and fulfillment warehouse (3PL) stock counts that match.

06

Sell

Distribution and retail orders, invoiced to QuickBooks.

07

Support

A helpdesk tied to every order and customer.

Thirteen modules · one deck

Every module works from the same data.

The order form sees your live stock. A support ticket opens on the right order. An invoice already carries your terms.

PR

Projects

Every workstream for a game, together in one hub.

  • One hub per game: development, manufacturing, freight, and localization
  • An overview of parallel tracks, however many are running at once
  • Per-project notes with @mentions that reach the right teammate
  • Each studio sees only the modules it uses, nothing it doesn't

Meet Scout

A faster way to find what's already in your data.

Scout is an optional assistant that works only from your own PerchDeck data. Ask a plain-English question, or start the day with a short brief on what needs attention. Every answer links back to the order, shipment, or invoice it came from, so you can always check the source yourself.

Scout Brief

Good morning. 3 things need attention

  • · Dice Haven's invoice is 12 days overdue ($2,860)
  • · Mythwind Core is down to 180 units at the US-West 3PL
  • · EU freight quote expires Friday, 2 shipments unbooked

Before you start

A practical pilot, not a leap of faith.

We start with your real workflow and prove the fit before asking your team to make PerchDeck part of the operation.

What happens during the 30-day pilot?

We start with a walkthrough of your current workflow, configure the modules your team needs, and help import a useful slice of your operating data. The goal is to prove value in real work before you commit.

Do we have to replace every tool at once?

No. Most studios begin with the operational bottleneck that hurts most, then connect more of the workflow as the team gets comfortable. PerchDeck can sit alongside the tools you already use.

What data can we bring with us?

PerchDeck supports guided imports for common customer, product, order, campaign, and backer data. During the walkthrough, we will review your sources and confirm the cleanest migration path.

How is one publisher's data kept separate from another's?

Each publisher runs in its own database and workspace. Your team only sees the projects, modules, and records configured for your studio.

What does it cost after the pilot?

The standard plan is $49 per seat each month, or $490 per seat each year. Every seat includes all thirteen modules, unlimited projects, integrations, and guided onboarding. PerchDeck takes no percentage of your revenue. Email marketing comes with 2,500 free sends a month; higher send volumes are the one metered charge.

How does email marketing pricing work?

Contacts are free forever, with no limit on list size, and every studio can send 2,500 emails a month at no charge. Past that, a month of sending starts at $29 for 25,000 emails and reaches $199 for 300,000, with larger volumes quoted directly. There is no plan to choose and nothing to upgrade. Each month is billed on the sends you made.

Bring us the messy version.

Show us how your studio operates today. We'll map the workflow, identify a useful starting point, and arrange a guided walkthrough.
